Product Application

Milling is the machining process of using rotary cutters to remove material from a workpiece advancing (or feeding) in a direction at an angle with the axis of the tool. It covers a wide variety of different operations and machines, on scales from small individual parts to large, heavy-duty gang milling operations. As opposed to drilling, where the tool is advanced along its rotation axis, the cutter in milling is usually moved perpendicular to its axis so that cutting occurs on the circumference of the cutter. As the milling cutter enters the workpiece, the cutting edges(flutes or teeth) of the tool repeatedly cut into and exit from the materials, shaving off chips from the workpiece with each pass.


GS-E1510 is a CNC controlled machine center which can be equipped with automatic tool changers, tool magazines, coolant systems, and enclosures. It is generally classified as vertical machining centers (VMCs). It is suitable for die mold, aluminum workpiece and soft metal high speed engraving or milling machining. GS-E1510 with double column machine frame design has rigidity and better durablity. Therefore, GS-E1510 is also suitable for high speed heavy cutting machining and large workpiece machining.

A: 35-60 days for our general model. If it needs customized production, it will be longer. Delivery time depends on product changes.

A: TT or L/C is ok. TT is 30% after PI confirmation, 70% before shipment.
